Linda L. Baxter, 66, of East Jordan, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire.

  She was born on December 9, 1950, in Jordan Township, Antrim County, Michigan, the daughter of Arnold E. and Della Justine (Bundy) Hart.

  Linda enjoyed crafts, crocheting, knitting and gardening.  She held a certificate as a horticulturist.

  She is survived by her husband, Terry Baxter of East Jordan; four children, George E. (Mary Bliss) Seder of Wixom, Beatrice Marie Seder of Prescott, Matthew A. Seder of Gaylord and Carrie L. McGinnis of Holland; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two sisters, June (Gary) Broom and  Renee (Lloyd) Prevo, both of East Jordan; and one brother, Arnold “Chum” V. Hart, of East Jordan.  Linda was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Barbara Rogers.

  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 1:00 P.M. at the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc. in East Jordan.  Burial will be in Mt. Bliss Cemetery in Jordan Township, Antrim County, MI.

  The family will receive friends on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.  Memorials may be directed to the Lighthouse Missionary Church in East Jordan.
