Genesis Poe Boss

  Genesis Poe Boss, age 10 months, daughter of Annie Jean Boss of East Jordan, died on Monday, March 26, 2018, at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids.

  Genesis was born on May 10, 2017, at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids.

  She is survived by her mother, Annie Jean Boss of East Jordan; sisters, Halah Boss, Sophia Boss and Ava Bartlett  of East Jordan; and grandparents, Shirley J. and Ronald D. Boss of Ellsworth.

  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at Belltower Reformed Church, 8033 Church Rd, Ellsworth, MI 49729.  Rev. Gary Bekkering, Rev. James L. Jordan and Rev. James Haneveld officiated. 

  The family received friends on Monday, April 2, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc. in East Jordan.  Memorial contributions may be directed to Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, 100 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. in Ellsworth Cemetery, Banks Township, Antrim County, Michigan.
