Karen Huckle Obituary

Karen F. Huckle, 77, of East Jordan died Friday, July 26, 2019, at Grandvue Medical Care Facility.

She was born on July 22, 1942, in Detroit, the daughter of Wilfred and Lillian E. (Renauld) Hoffman.

Karen had an adventurous and artistic spirit. She enjoyed painting, sewing, exploring flea markets and at one point in her life, she took flying lessons.

She was survived by four children, Sherri Bloomer of Arnold, California, Cindi Russell of Elk Rapids, Gary Thonerfelt of San Diego, California and Rene “Christy” Hoffman of Redding California; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Daniel, Jordan, Jesse, Karrin and Dee; many great grandchildren; one brother, Mark Hoffman of East Jordan; one sister, Lynn (Keith) Bulmann of East Jordan; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Huckle in 2001.

No services are scheduled at this time.
