Rachial Bess Howard, 78, of Traverse City and formerly of Columbiaville, died Wednesday, September 27, 2017, in Traverse City.

  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at 12:00 Noon at the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc. in East Jordan.   The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
