Obituary

Amy Lynn Cutler, 52, of Charlevoix and formerly of East Jordan, died Friday, July 14, 2023, at home.

  She was born on March 21, 1971, in Charlevoix.  Amy grew up in East Jordan and graduated from East Jordan High School in 1989.

  She enjoyed collecting wolf themed items, playing card games, going to the casino, going to yard sales & garage sales as well as watching canoe races.  Amy was an avid Detroit Tiger Baseball fan.

  Amy is survived by her mother, Jeanette (Michael) Miles of East Jordan; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and cousins; a special person in her life, Thomas Bennett; and her dearest lifelong friend, Dawn Abney.  She was preceded in death by her boyfriend, Tommy Bennett in 2016.

  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 12:00 Noon at the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc., East Jordan.  Rev. Bart Adams of the Lighthouse Missionary Church, East Jordan will officiate.  Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, East Jordan.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Memorials may be directed to Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation, 663 Thirteenth Street, Suite 100, Oakland, CA 94612.
