Donna Marie (Theriault) Theibert

  Donna Marie Theibert, 74, died on Sunday, September 19, 2021, morning at her home in Jordan Township, Antrim County, MI.

  She was born on May 9, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Walter and Nadeen (Craft) Theriault.

  On September 1, 1972, at St. John Catholic Church in Fenton, Michigan, she married Harvey Theibert.

  Donna had worked for the Detroit Police Department as a crossing guard for four years. She also had been the Jordan Township Clerk for several years and retired earlier this year due to illness.  She volunteered at the Care & Share Food Pantry in East Jordan, Grandvue Medical Care Facility in East Jordan as well as several local catholic churches.

  She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Mancelona. Donna enjoyed any  type of crafting. 

  Donna is survived by a loving husband, Harvey Theibert of Jordan Township, Antrim County; four sons, James (Judy) Theibert of Perry, MI, David (Martha “Becky”) Theibert of Hampton, Virginia, William (Penny) Theibert in Fowlerville, MI and Harold (Jill) Theibert of Durand; ten grandchildren, Hunter, Danielle, Tayshia, Ty, Trent, Teela, Drew, Charla, Harold, Jr. “JT” and Renee.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Michael Theriault.

  A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Mancelona.  Rev. Fr. Chet Collins will officiate.  Interment will follow at St. Johns Nepomucene Praga Cemetery in Jordan Township, Antrim County, MI.

  The family will received friends on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the church.  A rosary service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at church.
