James (Butch) Frye

James (Butch) Eugene Frye 83, of East Jordan passed away peacefully at McLaren Northern Hospital in Petoskey on Friday, December 29, 2023.

James is survived by his wife, Patricia (German) Frye of East Jordan; sister, Linda (Frye) Potter of East Jordan; stepchildren, Debbie (Steve) Leaman of East Jordan, Linda Reynolds and Scott of Central Lake and Martin (Kay) Kirk of East Jordan; and grandson, Jerad of East Jordan.

A funeral service will be held at the Free Methodist Church, 3055 W. Old State Rd. East Jordan, Michigan on January 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM.

A church luncheon will follow the service.
