Janie C. (Hartung) Jacob

Janie C. Jacob, 86, of St. Clair Shores, died on March 11, 2025, in Warren, Michigan.

  She was born on October 23, 1938, the daughter of William and Eva (Cannon) Rogers.  Janie had lived in Flint, then Levering and then to East Jordan.

  Janie is survived by her son, Randy Decker; one sister,  

Hazel (Neal) Colburn of Naples, Florida; as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Maurice Hartung; and one sister, Gloria Meredith.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Lighthouse Missionary Church, East Jordan.  Interment will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery, East Jordan.
