Leslie “Lester” Hans

Leslie (Lester) Hans born on May 6th, 1952.  He died on February 13th, 2024 at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey Michigan.  Lester is survived by his niece, April Weatherly, and his adopted family, Calvin (Gail) Revitzer, their children, Amy (Andre) Veal, Amanda (Jason) Clontz, Theresa (Robert) Clubb, and many great adopted nieces and nephews.  Lester was a best friend and family member to our family for over 40 plus years.

Les was a Navy man who loved to cook.  He served in the Navy from 1970 to 1976.   He was a chef in the Navy.   After he left the Navy he was a cook at Bobby's Country House in Livonia Michigan.  

In 2003 Lester moved to Charlevoix Michigan with our family, where he worked at the Villager Pub for many years and also retired from there.

Lester loved his coworkers and they also loved him. 

Les loved the water.  He loved kicking back with a cold beer, watching the game with his best friends Calvin and Gail and all of the kids.  He really loved life and he was a God fearing man.  He will be truly missed and is loved by many.
