Lisa Michelle Hoffert, 56, of East Jordan, died on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit.
She was born on February 7, 1966, in San Diego, California. She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Greenway High School in 1984. Lisa worked as a nurse’s aide for many years.
She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, family, friends, and grandchildren. She made her life about traveling and making memories with those she loved. She spent a lot of time outdoors planting her flowers, watching the birds, and caring for her animals. She took pride in serving as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT for 3 years at the Selma township fire department. She also loved serving her patients as a nursing aide.
Lisa is survived by her; Beloved Jeff Hahn of Hope, three children, Tim (Megan) Fazio of Boyne City, Christa (James) Willingham of East Jordan and Justin Fazio of Phoenix, Arizona; twelve grandchildren, Jayde, Lennix, Parker, Allison, Collin, Christopher, Chloe, Kaihman, Kameryn, Coltin, Alayla and Nolan; her parents, Diane and Fred Fleischfresser of Cadillac; and two brothers, Tony (Kristie) Fleischfresser of Cadillac and Jeff Adamson of Southport, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her biological father, Jack Lee Adamson; and her two brothers Jack Lee Adamson, Jr. and Ronald Fleischfresser.
A memorial service will be held on February 4th, 2023, at 11 A.M. at the Harvest Barn Church in East Jordan.
