Richard “Dick” Fuller, 84, of East Jordan, passed away on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born on November 3, 1935, in Echo Township, Antrim County, the son of Quincy and Ruby (Hosler) Fuller.
He served in the United States Army.
On September 15, 1962, in East Jordan, he married Reva Mayhew.
Dick worked at the East Jordan Iron Works, now known as EJ, USA, in East Jordan for 33 years. He retired in 1998.
He enjoyed cutting wood, working in his yard, watching western movies and all sports. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Dick also loved Alaska.
Dick is survived by his wife of 57 years, Reva Fuller of East Jordan; son, Gerald “Jerry” (Dawn) Fuller of East Jordan; three grandchildren, Adam Fuller, Quinci Anne (Robert) Castle and Beau (Samantha Gilmore) Fuller, all of East Jordan; four great grandchildren, Hailey, Serenity, Bristal and Haven Fuller; one brother, Grant (Rose) Fuller of East Jordan; three sisters, Isabelle Lapeer of East Jordan, Betty Watros of Central Lake and Pauline (Bud) Hoogerhyde of East Jordan; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Angel Rose Fuller; his parents, Quincy and Ruby (Hosler) Fuller; two brothers, Robert and Herbert Fuller; and one sister, Cecelia Fuller.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 12:00 Noon until 4:00 P.M. at the Echo Township Hall in Pleasant Valley, Antrim County, Michigan.
The family was served by the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc., East Jordan, Michigan.
