Robert Lee Fine

Born in Boyne City Sept. 25th, 1933, to George and Ella Fine went to meet his Lord on August 2, 2020.

Robert is preceded in death by the love of his life, Marlene Fine.

He is also preceded by his parents, George and Ella and sister, Marilyn Hufnagle.

Robert is survived by his three children and ten stepchildren; Terrie (Donald) Jardot, Steven Fine, Bambi Vario, Mark (Annie) Fortune, Karen Frohlich, Theresa (Bob) Berdan, Raymond Fortune, Margi (John Hackett) Fortune, Beverly (Buck) Duemling, Lori (Tom) Couture, Ed (Lorie) Fortune, Edwina (Tim) VanAlstine, and Rhonda (Jimmy) Nocera.

He is also survived by his brother, Patrick Fine and sister, Barbara Martin.

Robert will also be truly missed by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many dear friends.

Robert’s passions in life were his service in the National Guard, his career at Michigan State University, and his local community involvement in Grand Ledge, MI and Goodland, FL.

Robert’s favorite pastime had to be cheering on the Michigan State Spartans and the Detroit Tigers.

Those who wish to honor Robert may do so by donating to Grandvue Medical Facility, East Jordan.

Per Dad's request there will be no funeral service.
