Robert Henry Pearsall

Robert Henry Pearsall, 92, of Charlevoix and formerly of East Jordan passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, in Petoskey.

  He was born on September 21, 1929, in East Jordan, the son of Claude and Ethel (Painter) Pearsall.  He graduated from East Jordan High School in 1949. 

  On May 31, 1952, he married Barb Ann Lehrbass in East Jordan then served in the United States Army for two years.  They made their home in East Jordan.

  Robert worked as a tool and die maker for Gulf & Western, now known as Dura.

  He attended the East Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church with his wife, Barb.  He loved fishing and hunting.

  He is survived by sons, Edward (Mary) Pearsall of Rochester Hills, Robert D. (Dawn) Pearsall of East Jordan, Jim (Theresa) Pearsall of Battle Creek; daughter, Linda (Joe) DeMarco of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; grandchildren, Matthew, Allison, Carleen, Jenna, Angie and Ally; and six great-grandchildren.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Barb Pearsall on August 15, 2012; parents; three brothers; and one sister.

  A memorial will be announced in the spring of 2022.  The family was served by the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc., East Jordan.
