Sandra J. Clark

Sandra Jean Clark, 76, of East Jordan, Michigan, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, in Petoskey, MI.

She was born on October 16, 1943, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Lloyd Franklin and Lois (Paxton) Hubbard.  She grew up and attended high school in Salem, Missouri.  She moved to Michigan in 1961.  On November 3, 1961, in Flushing Township, Michigan, she married Edward Erwin Clark.  They lived in Hillard, Ohio from 1963 to 1968, and then moved to Flushing, Michigan.   In 1998, they permanently moved to East Jordan, MI after Edward’s retirement.  Sandra and Edward have been members of Christ Lutheran Church in Boyne City, MI.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Clark of East Jordan; three children, Lois Christine (Reuben) Brewer of East Jordan, Lloyd Franklin (Gloria) Clark of Dallas, Georgia and Elizabeth Ann (Mike) Brooks of East Jordan; eleven grandchildren, Nathan (Christy) Hartman, Jordan (Megan) Hartman, Austin Eaton, Amanda Brewer, Melissa (Rory) Fitzgerald, Ryan (Autumn) Clark, Jonathan Clark, Calvin Cody, Emily (Mitchell) Cody, Katelynn Brooks and Jackson Brooks; eleven great grandchildren, Izabella Brewer, Benjamin Hartman, Thomas Hartman, Kaylee Hartman, Dunavan Fitzgerald, Finnlan Fitzgerald, Landon Clark, Brantley Clark, Hudson Clark, Greyson Mousseau, and Victor Mousseau; two sisters, Gail (James) Williams of East Jordan and Betty Pierce of Flushing Township; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother-in-law, Dave Pierce.

Funeral services will be postponed and will be announced at a later date.  The family was served by the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc., East Jordan
