I am so sorry Jackie, Roger, Colleen and Larry. Your mom was so kind and sweet. She always welcomed us as kids growing up and I have fond memories of going to your house and visiting. Swimming in the river. She is only one of three I remember meeting that had my name. I hope you know you have my thoughts and prayers at this time.

I always enjoyed visiting with Wanda when we could be in Grandvue.  My mother, Eva Healey was there and now my mother in law.  I always admired how beautifully decorated her room was and I told her how beautiful it was. She was proud to give me a tour.  My first visit she told me that she had put together the puzzle that was framed on the wall.  Holidays were a highlight with her different quilts and decor in her room.  Her room reflected the love of her family as they went the extra mile to make it cheery and full of love.  I couldn't begin to guess how many miles she walked while being a patient there. I asked her if she enjoyed walking and she told me she had to keep walking because she didnt want to be in a wheelchair.  Wanda was a very proud lady,  She always looked great and was dressed so beautifully. She will not be forgotten.
